Small update

Assalamualaikum and hello again..

mmm, lama tak update blog...alhamdullilah dah ader plak kengkawan yang follow blog ni..hello to both of you..nice to have u here..

last two weeks, teramat lah busy nye, with 2 jobs running at the same time.

one will be shooting next week and the other one will be end of the month..3 days shoot..lovely..hehe

well, to sambung the cerita regarding my job industry..normally we are all freelancers. That means we are to work on job basis.Lagi banyak job , lagi banyak gaji:)..and also lagi banyak shoot day..bertambah la income..hehe..

as for production, normally everyone will have their own rate fee..ranging from 300 - 5000 a day..banyak? hehe takla jugak..how we calculate the gaji? 

let say we got a job with 3 days shoot ( which nowadays memang payah nak dapat)..so our gaji for that job will be 3 + 1...tak kira daily basis..but have to work everyday till we finish the shoot.

if you get lucky you can work in 2 weeks time, prep + shoot + close job = 4 days x 500 ( assuming ur fee is 500 per day ) total will be 2000..ok la not that bad kan for a 2 weeks kerja.

but sometimes when times are hard, u might end up having 1 shoot day, but have to come to office in a month..itu memang rugi la..

as for me, i have been in this industry for 3 years, baru lagi..but i'm married to this job..loving it each and every day..

But, the drawback of this job, banyak...

1) you don't really have time for family, friends, sometimes for your ownself.

imagine you have to be at office at 11 am then balik kul 3 pagi next morning..so masa yang 

ader cukup cukup untuk rehat jer..ini bila tengah peak la, time busy giler...

2) for people yang tak kuat, memang senang sakit, tidur tak tentu masa, rehat tak cukup,    makan tak tentu

3) payment pon tak tentu, sometimes you will only able to collect your paymnet in 3mths, ader jugak yang makan tahun..memang sakit tul financial ni.production houses pakai duit kita nak rolling their company..memang tak adil, but what to do, our goverment tak support our job ni..

being a freelance it's nice sometimes, coz you can take as many jobs as u wants, or just say no, if you tak nak kerja..but the competition is very high..and it's not easy to be a Malay in this industry..majoritynye Chinese..

but all in all, i tak rasa working in this industry is stable. especially if you are a woman, somemore got family..memang not advisable..

so i slowly started my own business..tgh slow slow catching up..but deep inside my heart, i really really love this job..but at the end of the day it's the money that counts..n you dont really get what you really like..Allah is great..there's always a reason why we are here..

yelah, ader sesetengah orang nak jadi penyanyi tapi tak dapat kan..there must be a reason why, rite.

as for us, we should always find a better way, for a better living,...here and thereafter..insyaallah..
